Tasha's Hideous Laughter compels the target to laugh uncontrollably unless a successful Will saving throw is made. Affected creatures are not able to defend themselves while under the influence of this spell. A creature with a different race type than the caster gains a +4 bonus to the saving throw because the humor does not 'translate' well. Bards gain a bonus of 4 to their difficulty class for each Epic Relevel.
