Description[]
Greater Restoration removes most temporary and all permanent negative effects from the target character, including level drain. It does not remove negative mental effects or the effects of reduced movement speed. It also heals the target creature to full Hit Points.

Contrary to the spell description, this spell removes pretty much every negative effect available in the game INCLUDNG negative mental effects (all effects except Solipsism) and the SLOW effect. By "permanent" the game means curses in particular, which are removed as well. Here's a complete list of effects that are removed:
